| Mr. Shen specializes in the areas of employment and discrimination, denial of wages, wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblowing, contracts, police misconduct and civil rights in general. He has been practicing law for almost 25 years. Mr. Shen is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, the District Courts of the District of New Jersey and the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the United States Courts of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He received a B.A. in Psychology in 1969 from the University of Chicago, an M.A. in Psychology in 1970 from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. in 1979 from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark, where he received the J. Skelly Wright Civil Rights Award. Mr. Shen is on the Board of the National Employment Law Project, the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, of which he is a former President, and the Anti-Discrimination Center of Metro New York, and is a past Board member of the New York Civil Liberties Union and the National Asian Pacific American Legal Consortium. He also works with the Chinese Staff and Workers Association and is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers' Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Lawyers Guild. He has been selected for Who's Who In America and Who's Who In American Law. | |

| Nicole Denver practices in the area of labor and employment law. She received a JD from City University School of Law in 2005, where she provided full representation to a client in the Law School’s Immigration and Refugee Rights Clinic, and worked on a case in her third year clinical placement in the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic. Ms. Denver graduated from the University of Washington in 2000 with a B.A. in Political Science. Ms. Denver is admitted to the bar of New York, and the Southern District of New York. Ms. Denver is currently a member of the National Employment Labor Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and New York State Bar Association. | |
